Get Golf Ready Program | Levels 1 & 2 & 3

Each session will focus on the various golf skills you will use while playing.  In addition to learning the basics, you will be guided into the golf course to put your skills into action in a casual, friendly setting.

Get Golf Ready Level 2

  • More in Depth Pitching (distance control), chipping (using different clubs) and Bunker play
  • Putting technique and reading greens
  • Pre-Shot Routine
  • Continue Full swing fundamentals and understanding Ball Flight
  • Club selections for the golf course
  • Keeping score, handicap and navigating the course

Classes are held in the evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm over four consecutive weeks, unless stated otherwise.*

Get Golf Ready Level 3

  • GGR3 is for those players who have completed GGR2 and/or those who have gained confidence in their golf skills. Continue to advance your knowledge and skill set, spend more time on the golf course and continue to fine tune your fundamentals. The last class will be spent on -course and fees for Level 3 include green fee and cart for last lesson.

Classes are held in the evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm over four consecutive weeks, unless stated otherwise.*

 

Adult Golf Fitness Clinics

Foundation Group Series

This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your overall body stability and awareness levels. We will give education on your own body and how it was designed to work. Each week will progress from the previous week, ensuring you are learning and building your body (strength and stability levels) in a safe and effective way. After the 4 weeks you will be equipped with a strong set of exercises to perform both at home or at the gym to ensure you are working your body in a golf-specific way.

Foundation Series Breakdown:

  • Week 1

    Educational introduction based upon building a foundationally sound body as it pertains to the golf swing. You will learn concepts covering: correct breathing patterns and how it enhances stability, exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvis and the core, training in a progressive and strategic manner to maximize learning opportunities, and more.

  • Week 2

    Continue with learning progressions to stabilize the pelvis and core. Implement further dynamics with kneeling and standing positions. Introduce correct methods of squatting to increase lower body strength and stability.

  • Week 4

    Introduce single leg exercises for better footwork and balance. Further investigation on how stabilizing the foot enhances hip function. Identify and execute proper dynamic exercises such as lunging, deadlifting, etc.

  • Week 4

    Perform stabilization strategies and breathing patterns as it pertains to the golf swing. Perform golf specific movements and dynamic movements to solidify the foundational learning concepts of the series.

$200 per student, for entire series. Limited to 4 students per session.

 

Mobility Group Series

This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your mobility and flexibility levels. We will discuss how to create mobility and how to maintain optimal range of motion at the appropriate joints. Each week will cover a different concept and/or area of the body ensuring the entire body is discussed to perform at home or at the gym to keep you moving freely. We will also cover things to do on course to ensure your body is ready to swing fluidly without restriction.

Mobility Series Breakdown:

  • Week 1

    Introduction upon what mobility is and how it pertains to the golf swing. You will learn the body’s joint relationships in terms of stability and mobility. Perform movements to enhance your full body mobility in areas such as the back and torso.

  • Week 2

    Continue the learning process with further insight into hip mobility. You will learn how to create separation from the upper body to the lower body. Learn specific stretches to enhance full body mobility as it pertains to the golf swing.

  • Week 3

    Address shoulder mobility and how it supports proper arm movement for the golf swing. Investigate how active the rotator cuff and upper back muscles are during movements. Add appropriate dynamics to increase joint ranges of motion.

  • Week 4

    Perform both full body and specific mobility training strategies. Ensure breathing patterns are secured and are complimenting overall mobility. Continue working on dynamic mobility and full body separation via progressive exercises.

$200 per student, for entire series. Limited to 4 students per session.

 

Adult Clinics

Adult Intermediate clinics are designed for men and women who are regular players and consistently shoot under 100. Each week, we will explore a different topic to enhance your golf skills. Learn from the best in the industry. Our clinics are led by certified PGA of America Professionals who excel in creating a perfect balance between fun and skill development. With a low teacher to student ratio, we ensure personalized attention to promote the game. Our PGA Professionals will demonstrate the numerous ways you can play the game, combining enjoyment, camaraderie, and golf fitness. Each session will focus on specific golf skills that are essential for purposeful play and practice.

$45 per class, 12 students per clinic.

Short Game: Difference between chipping and pitching. Review proper setup fundamentals/ Review in swing fundamentals and impact positions, drills for distance control pitching and chipping.

Green Reading and putting; Review grip, posture, setup, review path and importance of patch and center face contact. Learn to look for clues for effective green breading, Drills for distance control and direction.

Longer Drives and Pre-Shot for Driver; Review Driver setup and angle of attack. Discuss Impact and effect on face. Learn tips for longer drives and more consistent drives. Pre-Shot: Develop Pre-Shot Routine for driver down to the exact number of steps to ball, practice swing, and more.

Ladies Monthly Golf Clinics

Ladies……Need to improve your game? Try the Ladies Monthly Golf Clinics at the PGA TOUR Golf Academy. We are hosting a Ladies Saturday Morning Clinic with a different topic each month. These clinics are for all skill levels and abilities. Don’t miss out on simple, fun techniques to enjoy the game along with making new friends.

Ladies Golf Clinics are held Saturdays from 10:30 – 11:30 am.

 

Ladies Golf Boot Camps

The program is designed specifically for the challenges women face in enjoying the game. The boot camp is personalized from the input of the participants. Boot camps are limited to 6-Ladies. It covers the entire facet of the game; from Green Reading, Putting, Fundamentals of the swing, chipping, pitching and more.

 

Ladies Half Day Golf Boot Camp

From 9:00am to 12:00pm $120 per student. Limited to 6 students. Ages 18 and up.
